    Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana State Board of Education intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

    OVERVIEW: Adds provisions to 511 IAC to provide definitions. Adds provisions to 511 IAC to provide for the establishment of, and requirements for, performance qualified school districts and performance qualified high schools. Adds provisions to 511 IAC to provide for performance qualified high school waivers. Adds provisions to 511 IAC to provide for qualified school districts' and qualified high schools' powers and exemptions. Adds provisions to 511 IAC establishing displays allowed by qualified school districts and qualified high schools. Adds provisions to 511 IAC for the revocation of a school district or high school's certification as performance qualified. Adds provisions to 511 IAC to provide for the evaluation of performance-qualified programs. Adds provisions to 511 IAC for instructional day requirements for qualified high schools.
