Notice of Public Hearing

Under IC 13-14-9.5-1.1, notice is hereby given that on October 14, 2015, at 1:30 p.m., at the Indiana Government Center South, 302 West Washington Street, Conference Center Room C, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Environmental Rules Board will hold a public hearing on listed rules that have been effective seven years that are: (1) rules required to receive or maintain delegation, primacy, or approval for implementation or operation of a program established under federal law; or (2) rules required to begin or continue receiving federal funding for implementation or operation of a program.

The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments from the public on specific rules listed above that should be reviewed through the regular rulemaking process under IC 13-14-9. All interested persons are invited and will be given reasonable opportunity to express their views concerning whether a listed rule should be reviewed through the regular rulemaking process.
