UnderIC 13-14-8-5 , notice is hereby given that on October 14, 2015, at 1:30 p.m., at the Indiana Government Center South, 302 West Washington Street, Conference Center Room C, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Environmental Rules Board will hold a public hearing on a citizens' petition requesting the amendment of326 IAC 1-2-33.5 , the definition of "hazardous air pollutant", to include silica dust as a hazardous air pollutant.The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments from all interested parties on amending the definition of "hazardous air pollutant" within the general provisions of the rules that govern the regulation of air pollution within Indiana. The definition can be found in the rule at326 IAC 1-2-33.5 . All interested persons are invited and will be given reasonable opportunity to express their views concerning the rulemaking proposal.
