TITLE 312 NATURAL RESOURCES COMMISSION

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Natural Resources Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Adds 312 IAC 26-6 to assist with implementation of IC 14-9-5-4 (including amendments made by P.L.124-2013, SECTION 1), which authorizes and governs the Indiana Sportsmen's Benevolence Account.
