TITLE 844 MEDICAL LICENSING BOARD OF INDIANA

Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule LSA Document #15-299

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Medical Licensing Board of Indiana intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Adds 844 IAC 16 to establish an education program to be used to educate women with high breast density, standards for providing an annual screening or diagnostic test for a woman who is at least 40 years of age and who has been determined to have high breast density, and standards for notices of high breast density. Public comments are invited and may be directed to the Medical Licensing Board of Indiana, Darren R. Covington, J.D., Director, 402 West Washington Street, Room W072, Indianapolis, Indiana 46204 or by e-mail to [e-mail]. Statutory authority: IC 25-22.5-2-7; IC 25-22.5-13-1.
