    Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Office of the Secretary of Family and Social Services intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

    OVERVIEW: Adds 405 IAC 10-11 to set forth provisions affecting employers and individuals concerning eligibility, enrollment, benefits, and policy for the HIP Employer Benefit Link (HIP Link) program. Effective 30 days after filing with the Publisher. Statutory authority: IC 12-15-44.2-19; IC 12-15-44.2-20.
