Temporarily adds rules concerning scratch-off game number 0307. Statutory authority: IC 4-30-3-9. Effective August 25, 2011.

SECTION 1. The name of scratch-off game number 0307 is "MONEY MANIA".

SECTION 2. Tickets in scratch-off game number 0307 shall sell for ten dollars ($10) per ticket, unless otherwise adjusted by temporary price reductions or other promotional activities conducted or authorized by the commission.

SECTION 3. (a) Each ticket in scratch-off game number 0307 shall contain a total of twenty-six (26) play symbols and a total of twenty (20) prize symbols under a scratch-off material covering the game play data area.

(b) Each play symbol includes a caption that corresponds with and verifies the play symbol as follows:

(d) If a question arises as to a play or prize symbol, the caption that corresponds with the play or prize symbol will be used for final clarification.

(e) The game play data area of each ticket in scratch-off game number 0307 shall be divided into two (2) distinct game areas as follows:

(1) An area labeled "WINNING NUMBERS" that contains six (6) play symbols.

(2) An area labeled "YOUR NUMBERS" that contains twenty (20) play symbols and twenty (20) prize symbols that correspond with and appear below each play symbol.

SECTION 4. The:

(1) retailer validation code;

(2) game/pack/ticket number; and

(3) validation number;

that appears on each ticket in scratch-off game number 0307 are for commission or retailer use only and cannot be used or played as a play or prize symbol to win a prize.

SECTION 5. (a) To play a ticket in scratch-off game number 0307, the ticket must be validly purchased and the scratch-off material covering the game play data area must be fully removed.

(b) If any of the play symbols in the area labeled "YOUR NUMBERS" match any of the play symbols in the area labeled "WINNING NUMBERS", the ticket may be redeemed for a prize in the amount represented by the prize symbol that is located below and corresponds with the matching play symbol.

(c) If a "" (MONEYBAG) play symbol is revealed in the area labeled "YOUR NUMBERS", then the ticket may be redeemed for a prize in the amount of one hundred dollars ($100).

(d) If the "" (MONEY) play symbol is revealed in the area labeled "YOUR NUMBERS", the ticket may be redeemed for all twenty (20) prize amounts represented by the prize symbols on the ticket.

SECTION 6. (a) The approximate number of possible prizes and the estimated odds for each prize level are as follows:

Total value of all prizes*: $14,586.500

Prize payout: 71.5%

Overall odds: 1 in 3.54

Approximate print quantity: 2,040,000 (+1%)

(b) The approximate number of prizes and the estimated odds provided in subsection (a) are calculated based on an approximate total print quantity of tickets. The actual quantity of tickets printed may vary by plus one percent (+1%). The actual number of prizes and the odds for each prize amount will vary depending on the actual quantity of tickets.

(c) If the print quantity is changed during production of this game or due to subsequent reorders of the game, the ratio of prizes and total value of all prizes to the print quantity will be proportionately maintained so that the overall odds and prize payout percentage will approximate the values provided in subsection (a).

(d) Five hundred thirty thousand dollars ($530,000) in prizes to be awarded through the Hoosier Lottery's MONEY MANIA 2nd Chance Promotion. The value of the 2nd chance prizes are included in the total value of prizes, but are not reflected in odds calculations.

SECTION 7. The MONEY MANIA 2nd Chance Promotion Rules adopted by Hoosier Lottery August 24, 2011, are hereby incorporated by reference and shall govern the conduct of the Hoosier Lottery MONEY MANIA 2nd Chance promotion. The incorporated document is available for public view at www.hoosierlottery.com. A copy of the rules may be obtained at Hoosier Lottery Headquarters at 1302 N. Meridian Street, Indianapolis, Indiana.

SECTION 8. This document expires sixty (60) days after the last claim date established for scratch-off game 0307.
