DIGEST
Adds noncode provisions affecting405 IAC 1-4.2 to modify Medicaid reimbursement formulas by reducing rates that are currently paid to providers of home health services by five percent. Repeals405 IAC 1-4.1 . Effective 30 days after filing with the Publisher.
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding all other provisions of405 IAC 1-4.2 , for the period beginning upon the later of the effective date of this rule or September 28, 2010, and continuing through June 30, 2011, reimbursement shall be reduced by five percent (5%) for home health services that have been calculated under405 IAC 1-4.2 .
SECTION 2.405 IAC 1-4.1 IS REPEALED.
SECTION 3. SECTION 1 of this document expires July 1, 2011.
