TITLE 455 DIVISION OF AGING

Agency Correction LSA Document #11-468(AC)

Under IC 4-22-2-38, corrects the following typographical, clerical, or spelling errors in the Indiana Administrative Code:

(1) In 455 IAC 1-2-5(1), delete "460 IAC 1-2-6" and insert "455 IAC 1-2-6 [section 6 of this rule]".

(2) In 455 IAC 1-8-2(c), delete "460 IAC 1-2-2" and insert "455 IAC 1-2-2".

(3) In 455 IAC 2-2-5, delete "460 IAC 1-8" and insert "455 IAC 1-9".

(4) In 455 IAC 2-6-1(a)(1)(B), delete "460 IAC 1.2-4-19" and insert "455 IAC 2-4-19".

(5) In 455 IAC 2-6-2(a)(2)(A), delete "460 IAC 1.2-12-1(4)" and insert "455 IAC 2-12-1(4)".

(6) In 455 IAC 2-6-2(a)(3), delete "460 IAC 1.2-15-2(b)(2)" and insert "455 IAC 2-15-2(b)(2)".

(7) In 455 IAC 2-9-3(f), delete "460 IAC 1.2-7-1" and insert "455 IAC 2-7-1".

(8) In 455 IAC 2-14-1(b)(3), delete "460 IAC 1.2-6-2(3)" and insert "455 IAC 2-6-2(3)".

(9) In 455 IAC 2-14-1(c)(1), delete "460 IAC 1.2-6-2(3)" and insert "455 IAC 2-6-2(3)".

(10) In 455 IAC 2-17-6(d), delete "460 IAC 1.2-9-3" and insert "455 IAC 2-9-3".

(11) In 455 IAC 2-19-1(b), delete "460 IAC 1.2-17-6" and insert "455 IAC 2-17-6".

(12) In 455 IAC 3-1-11(9)(D), delete "460 IAC 1-2-10" and insert "455 IAC 1-2-10".
