Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Natural Resources Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 312 IAC 3-1, which establishes procedural rules for the Natural Resources Commission, Division of Hearings, to provide for the consolidation of proceedings with the Office of Environmental Adjudication as required by P.L.84-2008. As anticipated by IC 14-10-2-2.5, this amendment is being adopted as a joint rule with the Office of Environmental Adjudication.
