TITLE 675 FIRE PREVENTION AND BUILDING SAFETY COMMISSION

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 675 IAC 13-2.5-4. Adds 675 IAC 14-4.4, which adopts by reference and amends the International Residential Code, 2009 edition, as the Indiana Residential Code, 2010 edition. Repeals 675 IAC 14-4.3. Effective 90 days after filing with the Publisher. Questions or comments concerning the proposed rule may be directed to the Small Business Regulatory Coordinator for this rule. Statutory authority: IC 22-13-2.
