Under IC 4-22-2-38, corrects the following typographical, clerical, or spelling errors in the Indiana Administrative Code:

(1) In 75 IAC 2-1-2, delete "IC 9-13-2-7" and insert "IC 9-32-2-4".

(2) In 75 IAC 2-1-3, delete "IC 9-13-2-9" and insert "IC 9-32-2-5".

(3) In 75 IAC 2-1-5, delete "IC 9-13-2-15" and insert "IC 9-32-2-6".

(4) In 75 IAC 2-1-12, delete "bureau of motor vehicles" and insert "secretary of state".

(5) In 75 IAC 2-1-13, delete "IC 9-18-26-8" and insert "IC 9-32-6-9".

(6) In 75 IAC 2-1-15, delete "IC 9-23-2-8" and insert "IC 9-32-11-12".
