TITLE 905 ALCOHOL AND TOBACCO COMMISSION

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Alcohol and Tobacco Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Adds 905 IAC 1-48 to establish and implement regulations for licensing the manufacture, distribution, and sale of e-liquid and to establish minimum eligibility requirements for testing e-liquids.
