Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Natural Resources Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 312 IAC 9 that governs the management of fish and wildlife. Includes the following amended sections: hunting deer by firearms, hunting deer by bow and arrows, endangered species of mammals, migratory birds and waterfowl, endangered species of birds, endangered species of reptiles and amphibians, endangered species of fish, and endangered species of invertebrates. Effective 30 days after filing with the Publisher. Questions concerning the proposed rule amendments may be directed to [phone] or [e-mail].
