Under IC 4-22-2-38, corrects the following typographical, clerical, or spelling errors in LSA Document #12-394(E), posted at 20120711-IR-135120394ERA:

In 135 IAC 2.5-2-1(b), after "Plaza 23 Willow Creek Rd. WB ENTRY $0.30", add "EB EXIT $0.30".
