Notice of Public Hearing

Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on September 27, 2010, at 11:00 a.m., at the Indiana Government Center North, 100 North Senate Avenue, Room N501, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Natural Resources Commission will hold a public hearing on the proposed addition of 312 IAC 22-4 to govern licenses for activities in cemeteries to probe for fallen grave memorials, to recover grave memorials, and to restore them.

All requirements or costs by the rule on regulated entities under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3) are reasonably necessary for the implementation of IC 14-21-1-26 and IC 14-21-1-31. The regulated entities are individuals who wish to probe the ground of a cemetery.

Copies of these rules are now on file at the Indiana Government Center North, 100 North Senate Avenue, Room N501 and Legislative Services Agency, Indiana Government Center North, 100 North Senate Avenue, Room N201, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection.
