Under IC 4-22-2-38, corrects the following typographical, clerical, or spelling errors in LSA Document #11-444(E), posted at 20110810-IR-312110444ERA:

In SECTION 5(c), delete "IC 14-37-8.5(d)(2)", and insert "IC 14-37-4-8.5(d)(2)".
