TITLE 68 INDIANA GAMING COMMISSION

Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana Gaming Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Adds 68 IAC 21 governing all aspects of the regulation and conduct of charity gaming. Repeals 68 IAC 20 and any other rules transferred to the Indiana Gaming Commission from the Department of State Revenue pursuant to P.L.91-2006, SECTION 16. Public questions or comments concerning the proposed rule may be directed to Philip Sicuso, General Counsel, Indiana Gaming Commission, 115 West Washington Street, Suite 950, Indianapolis, IN 46204. Statutory authority: IC 4-32.2-3-3.
