    Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana Department of Transportation intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

    OVERVIEW: Amends 105 IAC 9-4 to broaden the definition of freeway, improve the sign spacing and visibility requirements while extending the grandfather date for nonconforming signs, and update the eligibility requirements for participation in the logo sign program. Effective 30 days after filing with the Publisher. Written comments should be addressed to the Small Business Regulatory Coordinator for this rule. Statutory authority: IC 8-23-2-6; IC 9-21-4-5.
