Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on October 7, 2015, at 2:00 p.m., at the Indiana Government Center South, 402 West Washington Street, Conference Center Room 14, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Bureau of Motor Vehicles will hold a public hearing on a proposed rule concerning definitions and language relating to the assessment and accumulation of points on a person's driving record for violations, related penalties, and review of agency actions.

The proposed rule amendments would not impose requirements or costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).
