Notice of Rule Adoption LSA Document #10-250

This notice is published in accordance with IC 12-8-3-4.4. Under IC 4-22-2-29, LSA Document #10-250, posted at 20100714-IR-405100250PRA, was adopted by the Secretary of Family and Social Services Administration on August 6, 2010. This rule amends 405 IAC 1-11.5-2 to modify Medicaid reimbursement for physician-administered drugs, which shall not apply to parenteral nutrition and blood factor products. The rule that was adopted is the same version as the proposed rule that was posted on the -IR- Database Website on July 14, 2010.
