Under IC 4-22-2-38, corrects the following typographical, clerical, or spelling errors in LSA Document #10-662(F), posted at 20110713-IR-170100662FRA:

In 170 IAC 4-4.2-1(d)(1), delete "IC 8-1-37-4(a)(1)(8)" and insert "IC 8-1-37-4(a)(8)".
