    Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana State Department of Health intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

    OVERVIEW: The rule will establish minimum standards for use by a small employer in establishing a wellness program to improve the health of employees of the small employer. The rule will establish criteria and a process for certification and recertification of a small employer's wellness program to qualify the wellness program for purposes of IC 6-3.1-31.2. Written comments may be submitted to the Indiana State Department of Health, Operational Services Commission, 2 North Meridian Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46204. Statutory authority: IC 16-46-13.
