TITLE 905 ALCOHOL AND TOBACCO COMMISSION

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Alcohol and Tobacco Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 905 IAC 1-33.1 to eliminate the restriction that alcoholic beverage permits may be subject to auction only when a vacancy exists on the quota when none previously existed. Questions or comments concerning the proposed rules may be directed to the Small Business Regulatory Coordinator for this rule. Statutory authority: IC 7.1-3-22-9.
