TITLE 675 FIRE PREVENTION AND BUILDING SAFETY COMMISSION

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Adds 675 IAC 16-1.4 to adopt the 2012 Indiana Plumbing Code. Amends 675 IAC 18-1.5-4, the 2008 Indiana Mechanical Code. Repeals 675 IAC 16-1.3 and 675 IAC 16-2. Effective 90 days after filing with the Publisher. Statutory authority: IC 22-13-2.
