Temporarily adds rules concerning scratch-off game number 990. Effective July 18, 2007.

SECTION 1. The name of the scratch-off game is "Scratch-Off Game Number 990, Hoosier Fun".

SECTION 2. Scratch-off tickets in scratch-off game number 990 shall sell for one dollar ($1) per ticket.

SECTION 3. Play and prize symbols: Each ticket in scratch-off game number 990 shall contain a total of seven (7) play spots with six (6) play/prize symbols located in the area labeled "SCRATCH HERE" and one (1) play/prize symbol located in the area labeled "BONUS". If a question arises as to the play/prize symbol, the play/prize symbol caption will be used for final clarification. The play/prize symbol captions correspond with and verify the play/prize symbols as follows:

SECTION 4. Retailer validation codes: The retailer validation code (for prizes up to five hundred ninety-nine dollars ($599)) verifies instant winners in this game. The retailer validation code that corresponds with and verifies each of these winners is as follows:

SECTION 5. How to win: A prize winner in the scratch-off game number 990 is determined by removing the scratch-off material from the play area revealing a total of seven (7) play/prize spots. This includes six (6) play/prize symbols located in the area labeled "SCRATCH HERE" and one (1) play/prize symbol located in the area labeled "BONUS". Neither the retailer validation code (or any portion thereof), the pack-ticket number (or any portion thereof), nor the validation number (or any portion thereof) are play symbols or prize symbols and are not usable or playable as such. If three (3) like amounts are revealed, the ticket holder is entitled to win the prize shown. If the "" symbol is revealed in the area labeled "BONUS", the ticket holder is entitled to win a spin on the wheel. If the "" symbol is revealed in the area labeled "BONUS", the ticket holder is entitled to win a prize from the Hoosier Lottery. Prizes of "" and "" may only be redeemed at the promotional event from where the ticket was purchased.

SECTION 6. Prize structure: The possible winning prize combinations are as follows:

Total value of all prizes*: $221,200

Prize payout: 53.17%

Overall odds: 1 in 2.78

Approximate print quantity: 480,000 (+5%)

*The number and total value of prizes in this game are based on the approximate print quantity with a variance as stated above. Should the print quantity be changed for production of this game or subsequent reorders, the ratio of prizes and total value of all prizes to print quantity will be proportionately maintained and the overall odds and prize payout percentage will remain the same. Overall odds are determined by dividing the approximate total number of tickets by the approximate total number of prizes available.

SECTION 7. Applicable rules: 65 IAC 4 SCRATCH-OFF GAMES.

SECTION 8. The last day to claim a prize in scratch-off game number 990 is sixty (60) days from the end of the game. Prizes of "" and "" must be redeemed at the promotional event from where the ticket was purchased or they are forfeited.
