    DIGEST

    Temporarily amends 312 IAC 18-3-18, LSA Document #06-23(E), and LSA Document #06-51(E), which regulate the emerald ash borer (Agrilus planipennis) as a pest or pathogen, to provide quarantine standards with respect to the species, to quarantine any county with a township that has an infested area, and to apply the section to St. Joseph County. Effective June 12, 2006.


    SECTION 1. (a) This SECTION is supplemental to 312 IAC 18-3-18(c), LSA Document #06-23(E), published at 29 IR 1957, and to LSA Document #06-51(E), published at 29 IR 2228.

    (b) Harris Township in St. Joseph County is infested with emerald ash borer.

    (c) Harris Township is regulated as an infested area and St. Joseph County is quarantined under 312 IAC 18-3-18, LSA Document #06-23(E), and LSA Document #06-51(E).

    SECTION 2. SECTION 1 of this document expires January 1, 2007.
