TITLE 675 FIRE PREVENTION AND BUILDING SAFETY COMMISSION

Agency Correction LSA Document #09-501(AC)

Under IC 4-22-2-38, corrects the following typographical, clerical, or spelling errors in Indiana Administrative Code:

In 675 IAC 13-1-10, after subsection (cc), insert "(dd) Amend Section 6-2 to read as follows: 6-2 Power Source(s). Power shall be supplied to the electric motor-driven fire pump by a reliable source or two or more approved independent sources, all of which shall make compliance with Section 6-4 possible.

Exception: Where electric motors are used and the height of the structure is beyond the pumping capacity of the fire department apparatus, a second source in accordance with 6-2.3 shall be provided."

and redesignate the remaining subsections accordingly.
