Notice of Public Comment Period Extension LSA Document #09-41

Under IC 4-22-2-23.1, notice is hereby given that the public comment period for the proposed amendment to 105 IAC 9-4, regarding the specific service sign program, is being extended. Written comments from the public will be accepted if received by July 16, 2009. Comments should be addressed to the Indiana Department of Transportation, to the attention of the Highway Operations Division, 100 North Senate Avenue, Room N901, Indianapolis, Indiana 46204.

Copies of these rules are now on file at the Indiana Government Center North, 100 North Senate Avenue, Room N901 and the Legislative Services Agency, One North Capitol, Suite 325, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection.
