LSA Document #10-547(F), posted at 20110511-IR-312100547FRA, provides that the rules take effect upon the Department of Natural Resources receiving notice of approval from the Office of Surface Mining and Reclamation of the U.S. Department of the Interior and notice of that approval being published in the Indiana Register.

Notice of approval has been received and is published at 77 FR 41680 (July 16, 2012), with the following exceptions:

In 312 IAC 25-5-16(j)(2), the phrase "unless waived by all parties" is not approved.
