Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Natural Resources Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 312 IAC 8-2-3 governing hunting on Department of Natural Resources properties to give to the director of the Division of Nature Preserves the authority without the need of an emergency rule to allow hunting on a dedicated state nature preserve in situations where it has been determined by a biologist that a preserve is being adversely affected. Effective 30 days after filing with the Publisher.
