TITLE 675 FIRE PREVENTION AND BUILDING SAFETY COMMISSION

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Adds 675 IAC 18-1.6 to adopt the 2012 International Mechanical Code, first printing, with Indiana amendments to create the 2014 Indiana Mechanical Code. Repeals 675 IAC 18-1.5 (2008 Indiana Mechanical Code). Statutory authority: IC 22-13-2-2.
