Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Bureau of Motor Vehicles intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 140 IAC 8-3 concerning fees. Clarifies certain fees including commercial driver's licenses fees and delinquent license and registration renewal fees. Effective 30 days after filing with the Publisher.
