This notice is published in accordance with IC 12-8-3-4.4. Under IC 4-22-2-29, LSA Document #08-192, posted at 20090603-IR-405080192PRA, was adopted by the Secretary of Family and Social Services Administration on July 9, 2009. This rule amends 405 IAC 5-3 and 405 IAC 5-21 to apply prior authorization to community mental health rehabilitation services. The rule that was adopted is the same version as the proposed rule that was posted on the -IR- Database Website on June 3, 2009.
