    Temporarily adds rules concerning scratch-off game number 190. Statutory authority: IC 4-30-3-9. Effective July 16, 2009.


    SECTION 1. The name of the scratch-off game number 190 is "HOOSIER MONEY-N-MORE".

    SECTION 2. (a) Tickets in scratch-off game number 190 shall sell for one dollar ($1) per ticket.

    (b) Tickets in scratch-off game number 190 shall sell only at commission promotional events as specified by the executive director or the executive director's designee.

    SECTION 3. (a) Each ticket in scratch-off game number 190 shall contain a total of nine (9) play/prize symbols.

    (b) Each play/prize symbol includes a caption that corresponds with and verifies the prize symbol as follows:

    (c) If a question arises as to a play/prize symbol, the play/prize symbol caption will be used for final clarification.

    SECTION 4. The retailer validation code verifies instant winners in this game for prizes up to five hundred ninety-nine dollars ($599). The retailer validation code that corresponds with and verifies each of these winners is as follows:

    SECTION 5. Neither the retailer validation code, the game/pack/ticket number, the validation number, nor any portion thereof are play symbols or prize symbols and are not usable or playable as such.

    SECTION 6. (a) The scratch-off material must be removed from the game play data area on individual
    tickets in order to determine if a ticket is a prize winner.

    (b) If three (3) matching dollar amount play/prize symbols are revealed, the ticket holder is entitled to
    win that amount.


    (c) If three (3) "065090559ERA03.jpg" (FREE) symbols are revealed, the ticket holder is entitled to win a free scratch-off ticket of the same value or one dollar ($1).

    (d) If three (3) "065090559ERA04.jpg" (FUN) symbols are revealed, the ticket holder may participate in an activity at the commission promotional event where the ticket was sold. Promotional event activities shall be at the discretion of the executive director or the executive director's designee. Each promotional event activity may award varying prizes or opportunities. Participation in promotional event activity is not guaranteed.

    SECTION 7. (a) The approximate number of possible prizes and the estimated odds for each prize level are as follows:

    Total value of all prizes*: $236,100
    Prize payout: 53.66%
    Overall odds: 1 in 3.06
    Approximate print quantity: 480,000 (-3%/+1%)

    (b) The approximate number of prizes and the estimated odds provided in subsection (a) is calculated based on an approximate print quantity. The actual quantity of tickets will vary from the approximate print quantity of tickets within a range of minus three percent (3%) to plus one percent (1%). The actual number of prizes and the odds for each prize amount will vary depending on the actual quantity of tickets.

    (c) If the print quantity is changed during production of this game or due to subsequent reorders of the game, the ratio of prizes and total value of all prizes to the print quantity will be proportionately maintained so that the overall odds and prize payout percentage will approximate the values provided in subsection (a).

    SECTION 8. Prizes are subject to prior sales. The availability of tickets for sale depends on availability at commission sponsored promotional events and is at the discretion of the executive director or the executive director's designee. Not all tickets may be made available for sale prior to game closing.

    SECTION 9. If the executive director determines an end date for scratch-off game number 190 under 65 IAC 4-2-3(a), tickets may remain on sale during the game closing process even if all prizes of one thousand dollars ($1,000) have been claimed. Game may be closed prior to all prizes being awarded.

    SECTION 10. 65 IAC 4-1 through 65 IAC 4-3 apply to scratch-off game number 190, "HOOSIER MONEY-N-MORE".

    SECTION 11. This document expires sixty (60) days after the last claim date in scratch-off game 190.
