    Notice of Public Hearing

    Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on September 7, 2016, at 9:00 a.m., at the Indiana State Fairgrounds, 1202 East 38th Street, Administration Building Boardroom, Indianapolis, Indiana, the State Fair Commission will hold a public hearing on proposed rules that will update, streamline, and replace provisions in Title 80 of the Indiana Administrative Code.
    The proposed rule amendments would not impose requirements or costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).
    Copies of these rules are now on file at the Contracts and Written Agreements Office, Administration Building, Indiana State Fair Commission, 1202 East 38th Street and Legislative Services Agency, Indiana Government Center North, 100 North Senate Avenue, Room N201, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection.
