    Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

    OVERVIEW: Amends 170 IAC 6-1.1-4 to require a utility to give notice to its wholesale customers when it makes a distribution system improvement charge filing. Amends 170 IAC 6-1.1-8 to require utilities to file reconciliation reports for all reconciliation periods. Questions concerning the proposed rule may be addressed to the Small Business Regulatory Coordinator for this rule. Statutory authority: IC 8-1-1-3; IC 8-1-31-17.
