Under IC 4-22-2-38, corrects the following typographical, clerical, or spelling errors in the Indiana Administrative Code:

(1) In 312 IAC 5-6-5(c)(1)(A)(i), before "2358640.00" and before "498640.00", insert "SPC".

(2) In 312 IAC 5-6-5(c)(1)(A)(ii), before "500882.81", insert "SPC".

(3) In 312 IAC 5-6-5(c)(2)(A)(i), before "503160.06", insert "SPC".

(4) In 312 IAC 5-6-5(c)(2)(A)(ii), before "503265.57", insert "SPC".

(5) In 312 IAC 5-6-5(c)(2)(B)(i), before "505744.48", insert "SPC".

(6) In 312 IAC 5-6-5(c)(2)(B)(ii), before "505840.23", insert "SPC".
