TITLE 71 INDIANA HORSE RACING COMMISSION

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana Horse Racing Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 71 IAC 1-1-1 and 71 IAC 1.5-1-1 regarding the applicability of rule definitions. Adds 71 IAC 1-1-36.5 and amends 71 IAC 7.5-5-1 regarding electronic registration systems. Amends 71 IAC 1-1-71.5 and adds 71 IAC 1.5-1-67.5 regarding out of competition testing. Adds 71 IAC 1-1-70.5 and 71 IAC 1.5-1-66.5 defining open races. Amends 71 IAC 7.5-1-4 regarding coupled entries. Amends 71 IAC 13.5-3-5 regarding purse supplements. Amends 71 IAC 14-4-1 through 71 IAC 14-4-3 regarding Indiana bred bonus. Repeals 71 IAC 1-1-67.5. Public questions or written comments concerning the proposed rule may be addressed to the Small Business Regulatory Coordinator for this rule. Statutory authority: IC 4-31-3-9.
