Temporarily amends size and bag limits for sport fishing on Milan Pond in Ripley County. Effective July 11, 2014.

SECTION 1. This SECTION of this document modifies the size and bag limits under 312 IAC 9-7 for fish that are taken from Milan Pond in Ripley County:

(1) Size limits are eliminated.

(2) Daily bag limits are eliminated.

SECTION 2. This document takes effect July 11, 2014.

SECTION 3. This document expires on July 10, 2015.
