Under IC 4-22-2-38, corrects the following typographical, clerical, or spelling errors in LSA Document #09-795(F), posted at 20100623-IR-511090795FRA:

(1) In 511 IAC 7-45-7(d), after "disabilities.", insert "(2) Be represented by an individual who is not an attorney as permitted by IC 4-21.5-3-15(b).".

(2) In 511 IAC 7-45-7(d), after "IC 4-21.5-3-15(b).", delete "(2)" and insert "(3)".

(3) In 511 IAC 7-45-7(d), after "witnesses.", delete "(3)" and insert "(4)".

(4) In 511 IAC 7-45-7(d), after "this section.", delete "(4)" and insert "(5)".

(5) In 511 IAC 7-45-7(d), after "prior to the hearing.", delete "(5)" and insert "(6)".

(6) In 511 IAC 7-45-7(d), after "parties to the dispute.", delete "(6)" and insert "(7)".

(7) In 511 IAC 7-45-7(d), after "transcript of the hearing.", delete "(7)" and insert "(8)".

(8) In 511 IAC 7-45-7(d), after "facts and decision.", delete "(8)" and insert "(9)".
