    Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana State Board of Education intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

    OVERVIEW: Adds 511 IAC 5-5 to create procedure to protect test integrity, to describe applicability, to provide definitions that apply throughout the rule, to require the Indiana Department of Education to establish and publish a Code of Ethical Practices and Procedures, to require the Indiana Department of Education to establish and publish a Protocol for Reporting and Investigating Alleged Breaches or Irregularities, and to require the Indiana Department of Education to establish and publish Indiana Testing Security and Integrity Agreement. Effective 30 days after filing with the Publisher. Statutory authority: IC 20-19-2-8; IC 20-32-5-22.
