Notice of Rule Adoption LSA Document #08-325

This notice is published in accordance with IC 12-8-3-4.4. Under IC 4-22-2-29, LSA Document #08-325, posted at 20080827-IR-405080325PRA, was adopted by the Secretary of Family and Social Services Administration on May 12, 2009. This rule amends Article 2 to conform to the Deficit Reduction Act of 2005, Pub. Law No. 109-171, and update eligibility standards with regard to assets, income, and resources. The rule that was adopted is a different version than the proposed rule that was posted on the -IR- Database Website on August 27, 2008.
