Temporarily repeals 405 IAC 5-11, which provided program guidance and Medicaid reimbursement for case management services for pregnant women. Authority: IC 4-22-2-37.1(a)(37); IC 12-8-1-9(b)(2). Effective July 1, 2011.

SECTION 1. 405 IAC 5-11 IS TEMPORARILY REPEALED.

SECTION 2. SECTION 1 of this document takes effect July 1, 2011.

SECTION 3. SECTION 1 of this document expires June 30, 2013.
