DIGEST

Temporarily amends 405 IAC 5-24-6 to revise the Medicaid dispensing fee maximum from four dollars and ninety cents ($4.90) to three dollars ($3) for the period beginning on July 1, 2011, through June 30, 2013. Authority: IC 4-22-2-37.1(a)(37); IC 12-8-1-9(b)(2). Effective July 1, 2011.

SECTION 1. For purposes of this rule, for the period beginning July 1, 2011, and continuing through June 30, 2013, the Indiana Medicaid dispensing fee maximum is three dollars ($3) per legend drug. For the period beginning July 1, 2013, and after, the Indiana Medicaid dispensing fee maximum is four dollars and ninety cents ($4.90) per legend drug.

SECTION 2. SECTION 1 of this document takes effect July 1, 2011.

SECTION 3. SECTION 1 of this document expires June 30, 2013.
