TITLE 675 FIRE PREVENTION AND BUILDING SAFETY COMMISSION

Agency Correction LSA Document #09-388(AC)

Under IC 4-22-2-38, corrects the following typographical, clerical, or spelling errors in LSA Document #09-388(F), posted at 20100505-IR-675090388FRA:

(1) In 675 IAC 19-4-4, delete subdivision (8) and renumber the remaining subdivisions accordingly.

(2) In 675 IAC 19-4-5, insert a new subdivision (3) to read "(3) Delete Section 5.2.2 in its entirety without substitution." and renumber existing subdivision (3) as subdivision (4).

(3) In 675 IAC 19-4-5(4), delete "675 IAC 12-7-9(a)" and insert "675 IAC 12-6-9(a)".
