Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on June 24, 2016, at 10:00 a.m., local time, in Room W064 of the Indiana Government Center South, 402 West Washington Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency will hold a public hearing to create 810 IAC, which establishes procedures to administer the Pilot Program for State Registration of Privately Certified Individuals.

The proposed rule does not impose any new costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).

Copies of these rules are now on file at the Indiana Government Center South, 402 West Washington Street, Room W072 and Legislative Services Agency, Indiana Government Center North, 100 North Senate Avenue, Room N201, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection.
