Repeals135 IAC 3 governing certain toll bridges under the jurisdiction of the Indiana Finance Authority because the Wabash River Toll Bridge and Bob Cummings Lincoln Trail Bridge at Cannelton are now under the jurisdiction of the Indiana Department of Transportation and the Bob Cummings Lincoln Trail Bridge has not been tolled since 1990. Effective 30 days after filing with the Publisher.
SECTION 1.135 IAC 3 IS REPEALED.
