Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on July 24, 2012, at 10:00 a.m., at the Indiana Finance Authority, One North Capitol Avenue, Suite 900, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana Finance Authority will hold a public hearing on a proposed rule to repeal 135 IAC 3 governing certain toll bridges under the jurisdiction of the Indiana Finance Authority.

The Wabash River Toll Bridge and Bob Cummings Lincoln Trail Bridge at Cannelton are now under the jurisdiction of the Indiana Department of Transportation. The Bob Cummings Lincoln Trail Bridge has not been tolled since 1990. Thus, the rules in 135 IAC 3 are obsolete and no longer have any application. Because no financial or fiscal impact is expected as a result of this rule, no supporting data, studies, or analyses were relied upon by the Indiana Finance Authority in its determination that the rule will have no financial or fiscal impact on regulated entities.

Copies of these rules are on file at the Indiana Finance Authority, One North Capitol Avenue, Suite 900 and Legislative Services Agency, Indiana Government Center North, 100 North Senate Avenue, Room N201, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection.
