Temporarily adds rules concerning scratch-off game number 872. Effective June 13, 2007.

SECTION 1. The name of the scratch-off game is "Scratch-Off Game Number 872, Triple Blackjack".

SECTION 2. Scratch-off tickets in scratch-off game number 872 shall sell for one dollar ($1) per ticket.

SECTION 3. Play symbols: Each ticket in scratch-off game number 872 shall contain a total of five (5) play spots with four (4) play spots containing one (1) pair of play symbols in the corresponding area labeled "HAND 1", "HAND 2", "HAND 3", and "HAND 4" and one (1) play spot containing one (1) play symbol located in the area labeled "DEALER'S TOTAL". If a question arises as to the play symbol, the play symbol caption will be used for final clarification. The play symbol captions correspond with and verify the play symbols as follows:

SECTION 4. Prize symbols: Each ticket in scratch-off game number 872 shall contain a total of four (4) prize spots with one (1) prize symbol located within each area labeled "HAND 1", "HAND 2", "HAND 3", and "HAND 4". If a question arises as to the prize symbol, the prize symbol caption will be used for final clarification. Prize symbol captions correspond with and verify each of the prize symbols as follows:

SECTION 5. Retailer validation codes: The retailer validation code (for prizes up to five hundred ninety-nine dollars ($599)) verifies instant winners in this game. The retailer validation code that corresponds with and verifies each of these winners is as follows:

SECTION 6. How to win: A prize winner in the scratch-off game number 872 is determined by removing the scratch-off material from the play area revealing a total of nine (9) play and prize spots. This includes four (4) play spots containing one (1) pair of play symbols in the corresponding area labeled "HAND 1", "HAND 2", "HAND 3", and "HAND 4", one (1) play spot containing one (1) play symbol located in the area labeled "DEALER'S TOTAL", and four (4) prize spots with one (1) prize symbol each corresponding with the above specified four (4) hands. Neither the retailer validation code (or any portion thereof), the pack-ticket number (or any portion thereof), nor the validation number (or any portion thereof) are play symbols or prize symbols and are not usable or playable as such. A winner is determined by adding the total of the value of the two (2) symbols in each "HAND" and comparing that total with the number located in the area labeled "DEALER'S TOTAL". If any one (1) hand beats the total of the "DEALER'S TOTAL", the ticket holder is entitled to win the prize shown for that hand. This process is repeated for each of the four (4) hands. If the total of the two (2) cards of any one (1) hand adds up to a total of twenty-one (21), the ticket holder is entitled to win triple the prize indicated for that hand. Face cards are valued at ten (10) and aces are valued at eleven (11). All others are valued at the number of the face.

SECTION 7. Prize structure: The possible winning prize combinations are as follows:

Total value of all prizes*: $1,872,000

Prize payout: 60.00%

Overall odds: 1 in 4.90

Approximate print quantity: 3,120,000 (+1%)

*The number and total value of prizes in this game are based on the approximate print quantity with a variance as stated above. Should the print quantity be changed for production of this game or subsequent reorders, the ratio of prizes and total value of all prizes to print quantity will be proportionately maintained and the overall odds and prize payout percentage will remain the same. Overall odds are determined by dividing the approximate total number of tickets by the approximate total number of prizes available.

SECTION 8. Applicable rules: 65 IAC 4 SCRATCH-OFF GAMES.

SECTION 9. The last day to claim a prize in scratch-off game number 872 is sixty (60) days from the end of the game.
